Youth CRL
Hosts: A4 Multiplier Event (Daimiel)
Leads: TPM 1, TPM 2, Youth Brief
Quality Lead: A1
Four organisations from Spain, Türkiye, Romania and Hungary give young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, real spaces to lead, act and speak up. This hub shows the approved and revised version of the project: every phase, who does what, who travels where, and how the grant is shared.
The project was approved from the reserve list in October 2026. The official project period stays 1 June 2026 – 31 July 2027, so the activity dates need to be rescheduled within it. Dates marked proposed or TBC are suggestions until the coordinator and partners agree on them.
Each partner hosts one activity and acts as Quality Lead for another. The coordinator receives the grant from the Spanish National Agency and transfers partner shares as set in the partnership agreement.

Presents A3 proposals to the municipality
Young people from the four partner countries, with priority for those with fewer opportunities. Motivation and willingness to take part count most. Previous international experience is not needed.
Each activity has its own age range. Check it before you open your call.
Young people take part in different roles. This keeps the group manageable and the results measurable.
Young people in A1–A4, on site or in the mobilities. Max 25 per activity. They produce content and run local follow-up actions.
Youth Advisory Group members, youth rapporteurs and young co-facilitators. They shape formats, evaluation and the Youth Brief.
Young people who join A1 and A3 online, and local young people at the Multiplier Event in Daimiel.
Youth workers, local NGOs, educators and decision-makers who receive the young people's proposals.
We work with young people facing these barriers:
| Approved inclusion support (€125 each) | Young people |
|---|---|
| A2 Bucharest · TR, ES, HU groups | 2 per group · 6 |
| A4 Daimiel · RO group | 1 |
| A4 Daimiel · TR group | 1 |
Same steps in every country, so selection is fair and documented.
Select a phase to see its objectives, logistics, programme, outputs, follow-up and budget. Yellow phases are the two mobilities.
M1 is June 2026, M14 is July 2027. The project was approved late, so work starts in M5. Dates with a question mark are proposals. The orange line marks today. A monthly 60-minute online coordination call runs from TPM 1 to the end.
Only A2 and A4 involve travel. In total 20 young people and 10 leaders or facilitators travel. A1 and A3 are hybrid: guests join online and generate no travel budget.

The National Agency approved the project with a reduced grant. The evaluator asked us to simplify the structure, reduce administrative and logistical load and keep inclusion realistic. This hub follows that revised version.
First activities planned from June 2026
Approved from the reserve list in Oct 2026. Project period unchanged; the activity calendar is being rescheduled within it.
Requested €47,255
Approved €39,390
Max 25 participants per activity (+ 2 other eligible persons where approved)
Only A2 Bucharest and A4 Daimiel involve travel, with 4 young people + leaders per sending country in Bucharest. A1 and A3 are hybrid events with online guests.
At least 2 young people with fewer opportunities in each sending group to Bucharest, with extra support for each of them
Listening to Youth – a consolidated Youth Brief built from all four activities
Each missing participant or day reduces the grant at reporting. Send exactly the agreed group sizes.
Daily signed lists, boarding passes and tickets for every travelling person. Store them in the activity folder on the shared Drive.
Inclusion support is paid only for young people with fewer opportunities. Keep a short justification for each one, without sensitive personal data in shared folders.
Reflection time is built into each activity. Hosts issue Youthpass certificates after the activity.
Their notes and statements feed the Listening to Youth brief.
Use the Co-funded by the European Union logo and disclaimer on all materials, posts and certificates.
60 minutes online every month, with one shared task tracker.
Check the age range of each activity. Parental consent and insurance are required for every travelling young person who needs them.
All project files live in one shared folder. Upload lists, photos, invoices and reports to the folder of the related activity.
